Located in the residential area of St-Basile in Mougins, with it’s unforgettable view on the typical Provencal village, La Bastide will seduce you with its swimming pool, its golf course, and the numerous sandy beaches of Cannes, only 10 mn away from the residence. You will also walk in the charming countryside of Grasse, the land of parfumes.

Our residence provides fully furnished cosy duplex studios for you and your family, for 1 night to several weeks. You will find all the equipment needed for the best comfort during your stay: air-conditionning, kitchenette with fridge, micro-wave, cooking plates, private bathroom with shower and toilets, internet acces, TV and phone socket, linen provided. Handicaped acces is also available.
Close to Sophia Antipolis where are located famous schools and high tech firms.

From its hilltop position, 260m above sea level, set amongst pine, oak and olive trees, this enchanting medieval village holds a panoramic view of the Bay of Cannes, the Isle of Lerins, Mandelieu, Grasse and the Pre-Alpes.
Along the age old streets, artists exhibit their works and bijou shops display ceramics and bouquets of dried Provençal flowers and herbs. Francis Picabia, the surrealist avant-garde painter, developed a passion for Mougins and settled here. Sharing his love of the place amongst his artist friends, he attracted some of the greatest cultural figures of our time to this small village.
The most famous was Pablo Picasso who spent the last 15 years of his life in Mougins. Others included Jean Cocteau, Paul Eluard, Man Ray, Jacques Brel, Edith Piaf, Yves St-Laurent, Christian Dior, Paul Anka, Catherine Deneuve, Fernand Leger, Robert Desnos, Rene Clair, Isadora Duncan and Winston Churchill.

Nice Airport. Here you can rent a car, jump in a taxi or take the bus. Bus is n° 210 to Cannes. Then bus n° 5VB to Valbonne. Get down at St basile Dehon stop.

By train
Cannes train station, 10 mn from Mougins. Bus n° 5VB direction Valbonne. Stop at St Basile Dehon.

By car
Highway A8 direction Cannes. Exit 42 “Cannes- Mougins – Le Cannet”. Take road N1085 direction “Grasse – Mougins”. After 2 km take the Exit D3 “Antibes, Valbonne, Sophia Antipolis”. Straight down for 2 km untill the roundabout where you turn left in the Golf Avenue, the Bastide du Golf is just 200 m on your left.
